INDIANAPOLIS, IND. (APRIL 11, 2018) – Verizon IndyCar Series driver Stefan Wilson announced today an extension in his partnership with investment consulting firm Graystone Consulting for the 102nd Running of the Indianapolis 500. Having first partnered with the global leader in institutional consulting for his Indianapolis 500 debut in 2016, the 28-year-old Brit is elated to have the reputable firm back on his team.
“It’s so great to welcome Graystone Consulting back as a partner again this year,” Enthused Wilson. “They supported me in 2016 during my first run in the Indianapolis 500 and it means a lot when a partner comes back on board and wants to continue what we started. The Indianapolis 500 means so much to me and it’s been a part of Graystone Consulting’s history for so long; I want to give them something to cheer for and put on a great performance for them. I want to especially thank Craig Dobbs for the continued faith in me and my commercial development team.”
Graystone Consulting is a separate business unit of Morgan Stanley. Graystone Consulting has more than 40 years of experience advising institutional clients as a fiduciary. Their boutique business structure, depth of experience and vast resources have helped them grow into one of the most respected investment consulting firms in the U.S. managing more than 280 billion in client assets.
“As Stefan [Wilson] continues to develop as a driver, we feel he has fantastic potential for a top finish in this year’s Indianapolis 500,” said Craig Dobbs, Managing Director of Graystone Consulting. “I have been going to the race for over thirty years and there is no better event in the world. From first watching Stefan from the infield as a spectator to partnering with him for his rookie Indianapolis 500 in 2016 was awesome. We’re excited to continue the relationship and can’t wait to see him on track again.”
